We like to brag.
Okay, not to brag, exactly, but when we talk about how we offer competitive daily pay, flexible scheduling, referral bonuses, and a supportive office staff, sometimes it comes off as boastful. And we haven’t even gotten to the fact that we don’t require anyone to work on weekends or holidays, or that working for us gets you access to clients under exclusive contract to Nurses and More.
Nurses and More Only Hires the Best
On the other side of the coin, though, is that we’re going to hold you to a higher standard, regardless of your professional background. The only way for us to offer the benefits we do is to keep our clients happy and impressed with the care they receive. And to do that means we’re going to be tough. Our screening process and requirements are going to be a lot more rigorous, because we believe that’s ultimately to everyone’s benefit.
We want the best—and only the best—because that’s the only way we can justify offering higher rewards than other healthcare staffing agencies.
Begin the application process here. Whatever your medical specialty, we’re committed to you, and to finding you work. If you’re up to the job, we’ll make it worth your while.

“Our experience with them has been overwhelmingly positive. It’s almost as if they’re at my beck and call at any time of the day, and the staff and clinical director go above and beyond, probably much more frequently than I’m even aware of, to make sure students receive the support they require. They’re really dedicated professionals, and they make sure they provide dedicated services to our students.”
